RUMetrology software
The “Metrology” software is meant for managing and keeping records on measurement equipment located at the enterprise’s branch: a digital register of the measurement devices, schedules for recurrent verifications and calibration of the devices and meters. We offer “Metrology” for enterprises.
“Metrology” stores information about the register data on the measurement devices and their state, track their history, carry out quick search by selected criteria and print standard documents: timetables of verifications/calibrations, lists of devices and meters that need repairs, description or other operations.
“Metrology” is a multi-user software system with authorized access of registered users through intranet. It allows tens of users to work simultaneously.

Offered versions of the system
For now we have developed two versions of the system:
- “Metrology” information system, version 3.0
is meant for managing and keeping records on measurement equipment located at the enterprise’s branch: a digital register of the measurement devices, schedules for recurrent verifications and calibration of the devices and meters.
It is the most universal version in term s of functionality. As we were developing it, our main priorities were to make it possible to add detailed information on measurement devices from their registration certificates; tracking all the operations carried out on each device or meter since the day of its arrival at the enterprise; enabling classifiers.

This is a lite version of software. The main priorities at making this version of software were simple interface, visibility and compact presentation of information about the location of measurement devices.Register’s features:
- Gathering and structured presentation of all listed measurement devices;
- Automatic warning about an approaching check-date;
- Calculation of a future monthly expenses for verification of listed measurement devices;
- Semi-automatic updating of the Register based on data extractions from the multiple files in MS Excel format with manually filled protocols of verification;
- Generation of required reports;
- Report generation in the MS Excel format using MS Office OLE Automation;
- Management of access rights.

We understand that life keeps on going on and all software gets obsolete and needs regular upgrades to keep up with evolving needs of the users. So, we are ready to discuss the terms of disclosing the source code of our software for metrology, which will allow the buyer to develop and improve it on their own or outsource it to a trusted third party.
We are also ready to improve and optimize our software to satisfy your specific requirements related to the peculiarities of your document circulation, the specific procedures of your work with measurement equipment, specific data taken from your equipment that needs to be entered into the database and other required non-standard functionality.
System requirements
This software is designed to work with OS Microsoft Windows. To work with it, you’ll need the Microsoft Office Access Runtime, which is distributed for free since 2008. Thus, to use our product you no longer need to buy the complete Microsoft Office Professional package or its component Microsoft Access.
Currently Access 2007 Runtime is available for download at the Microsoft.com website. It is analogous to the older versions, and, as usual, the interface elements required for development are turned off.
