The specialists from the CTISoft, Ltd., have completed the development of the sixth version of the Call centre software package (Contact centre).
The call centre in City centre of controlling and accounting for energy resource, Jsc., Penza, that uses software delivered by CTISoft, Ltd. http://www.ctisoft.ru/en/call-center-zkh, has been working for half a year.
In December 2012 the Call centre of Voronezh Vodokanal started working using software delivered by CTISoft, Ltd.
