В январе 2015 года в оконном супермаркете «Панорама» приступил к работе контакт-центр, использующий Аппаратно-Программный Комплекс ООО «Ситиай-софт».

Операторы контакт-центра принимают звонки клиентов и регистрируют заявки, используя специализированную форму. Интеграция контакт-центра с базой данных 1С, позволило оптимизировать связь между подразделениями компании, организовать полный автоматизированный контроль над движением заявок и их исполнением.
Важной частью проекта является подключение к Системе сотрудников компании, находящихся вне основного офиса посредством мобильных устройств.
Программное обеспечение контакт-центра содержит множество незаменимых в работе операторов модулей, таких как:
- Ведение полной истории взаимодействия с клиентами;
- Планирование контактов с клиентами;
- Управление пропущенными звонками;
- Интеграция с КЛАДР;
