Call-center, based in Tver, uses «CTISoft software» to handle its telephony needs. The grand opening took place in Tver on January 28, 2010.

Chief Executive of Tver Vodokanal said, "CALL-center is a very important subdivision for the company that works with the population. It allows us to get closer to the European Quality Standard of providing services to the customers.”

CALL-center software uses Asterisk and provides following features:

• inbound call processing,

• outbound campaign,

• call distribution,

• queue management,

• customer information registering,

• reporting.
