The project automating the work of the call centre in the International Centre of Learning Foreign Languages "Speak Up"

In March 2011 the call centre of the Russian branch of the International Centre of Learning Foreign Languages "Speak Up" put into operation the hardware and software system based on IP PBX Asterisk and the software developed by CTISoft, Ltd.

At the first stage the company set up and configured the software part of IP PBX Asterisk and connected digital phone lines. At the second stage additional software modules were installed: Automated Workstations of the Supervisor and the Administrator, which allow users with appropriate permissions to manage the work of the call centre and carry out system configuring. The modules include the following functions:

  • Call management
  • Listening to conversations in real time
  • Organizing conference calls
  • Exchange of text messages
  • User-friendly search and listening to recorded conversations
  • User management
  • System settings
  • Etc...

The new hardware and software system will allow the swiftly developing company to solve its problems effectively and to successfully deal with ever increasing influx of new clients.
