23 May 2011 CTISoft, Ltd., started working on the second stage of deploying the call centre software package (Contact Centre) in the General management company of Penza


"General management company" is the largest company in Penza that professionally manages blocks of flats and adjacent areas.
These days the company services 2686 blocks of flats, which is more than 75% of Penza’s housing stock. It comprises about 30 municipal unitary enterprises, emergency services, public transportation, repair services and other units necessary for servicing and repairing the housing stock. During the first stage of deployment (completed on 18 May 2011) standard call centre software was installed and configured. The operators started processing calls from the residents of the city. The second stage involves installation of an I&R system allowing automation of the main business process of the service receiving requests from the residents. The second stage will be completed within the shortest possible time frame. On the 6th of June the system will be put into operation. The third stage (planned to finish in June or July, 2011) the companies that service the housing stock and the city’s emergency dispatcher service will be connected to the Contact centre.
