CTISoft completed the installation project of its software for the CALL-center of Kaluga Regional Vodokanal”, Ltd.

CALL-center staff was trained and began to work with the new system.

Call-center acquires calls and registers claims of the customers every day from 8.00 till 20.00.

Operators register claims, provide updated statuses on claims and consult on different questions concerning water supplying and waste-water disposal.
