Люберецкая Единая диспетчерская служба теперь охватит весь округ

Глава городского округа Владимир Ружицкий, начальник управления благоустройства Люберецкой администрации Александр Проворов, генеральный директор ОАО «Люберецкий городской жилищный трест» Мамед Азизов, руководитель Люберецкой «Службы 112» Виталий Богданов, другие официальные лица проверили готовность к работе Единой диспетчерской службы (ЕДС), которая теперь будет действовать на весь округ.

Специалисты ООО «Ситиай-софт» завершили разработку шестой версии программы для колл центра (контакт-центра) ЦОВ CTISoft. С октября 2013 ядро новой версии будет использоваться в поставках всех решений всем новым клиентам. Стоимость апгрейда предыдущих версий до шестой определяется разницей версий, а также индивидуальными особенностями версии, которую необходимо обновлять (наличия интеграции с ПО заказчика, конфигурацией аппаратной части и настройками телефонии, наличия индивидуальных модулей или функций).
Пользователям, чье ПО находится на технической поддержке ядро новой версии будет устанавливаться в рамках технического сопровождения.
Главные особенности новой версии:
- поддержка Asterisk 1.8,
- оптимизирована работа с отчетами,
- улучшен встроенный софтфон (добавлена поддержка новых версий ОС и драйверов аудиоустройств, добавлены функции выбора аудиоустройства и регулировки уровня звука)
- наличие API – библиотеки функций, существенно расширяющей возможности интеграции с программным обеспечением заказчика. API включает функции управления вызовами, статусами операторов и др.
