On the 1st of August in Penza a conference named “Experience of deployment of the clients’ service centre in General Management Company, Ltd., based on the I&R system (call centre) for the companies belonging to the Housing and Utilities Sector” initiated by General Management Company, Ltd., took place in Penza.

The presentation of the system (Call centre) was carried out by the representatives of CTISoft, Ltd. During the conference its participants paid special attention to the fact that comfortable servicing of the clients in the Housing and Utilities Sector requires constant interaction with the consumers of the services. A big role in this important matter is played by IT, positive influence of which on the quality of the services was noted by the specialists from Moscow.
In May the project involving deployment of the I&R system for the Housing and Utilities Sector started in General management company, Penza (More...) At the moment CTISoft, Ltd., has started work on the third stage of the project, one of the main goals of which is to connect remote companies-subcontractors with the system and to increase the efficiency of interaction between departments in the process of servicing the clients. We would like to remind you that at the moment General management company, Ltd., comprises about 30 municipal unitary enterprises, emergency services, public transportation, repair services and other units
